The best cupcakes! Yummmmm

These are sooo good...and sooo easy!

I just used a regular cake mix for the cupcakes..easy!

However, I made homemade icing...very tasty and piped it on with a large star tip, put a spoonful of chocolate fudge (smuckers) and sprinkled fishers chopped nuts on top...voila!! Easy and so so so good.

Icing recipe:

1 cup sugar

3T flour

1/2 cup crisco

1 stick butter (room temp)

1/2 cup milk

1t vanilla (or any other flavoring you choose)

beat together for a long time, until sugar is dissolved and not crunchy!
